- Clean and maintain all assigned guest rooms and common areas to our established standards, paying meticulous attention to detail
- Anticipate guest needs and take initiative to personalize their experience, demonstrating genuine care and professionalism
- Respect and protect guest privacy and belongings while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality
- Organize and manage your workload efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet daily cleaning schedules and deadlines
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational excellence
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards at all times

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

- Primary school education or equivalent
- Warm, caring personality with a genuine passion for guest service

- Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond professionally and courteously
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent performance
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining excellent personal grooming standards

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Previous housekeeping or guest service experience in a hospitality setting

- Multilingual abilities (an asset in a diverse hospitality environment)
