Job Summary:
The QA & QC Expert shall be responsible for establishing, implementing, and monitoring the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) system for all construction activities of the Pumped Storage Project. The expert shall ensure that construction materials, workmanship, testing, and inspection activities comply with the approved drawings, technical specifications, contract requirements, and applicable national and international standards. The role includes reviewing quality plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), laboratory testing, and non-conformance reports, conducting quality audits, and coordinating with the Employer, contractors, and PMC team to ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions, thereby achieving the required quality standards throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Quality Management System.
- Review Inspection Test Plans.
- Monitor material testing.
- Audit construction quality.
- Review NCRs and corrective actions.
- Monitor laboratory testing.
- Ensure specification compliance.
- Conduct quality inspections.
- Prepare QA/QC reports.
- Coordinate third-party inspections.
Qualifications
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (B.E./B. Tech).
- Experience – 12+ Years

The position will be site-based at Panaura, Uttar Pradesh, India.
