Job Responsibilities:
- Drive Home Loan sales and achieve monthly business targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Develop business through Banks, NBFCs, DSAs, Builders, and Channel Partners.
- Generate business through direct sourcing and referrals.
- Coordinate with credit and operations for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, and productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the market.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Home Loan, Mortgage, Banking, or NBFC Sales.
- Minimum 1 year of Team Handling experience.
- Strong network with Banks, Builders, DSAs, and Channel Partners.
- Good communication, leadership, and people management skills.
