Workload Automation platform administration (UC4/Automic, Redwood, etc.)
Installation, configuration, and upgrade of automation systems
System monitoring and performance tuning
High availability (HA) and disaster recovery setup
Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Database administration basics (Oracle)
Operating systems administration basic(Linux/Unix and Windows)
Network fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, connectivity troubleshooting)
Maintenance support
24x7 on-call service

Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
