Position: Sr Fusion SCM lead Consultant. (Hybrid Model). Location Bangalore , Whitefield.

Summary: 7-8 Years of Exp in SCM Implementation and Support. (5+ Years Fusion Exp mandatory)

Job Description:

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SCM (Cloud), including Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, , Supplier Management, Sourcing, Cost Management,Pricing, Accounting.

In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory Management and Cost Management.

Competency required out 10, Order management (>9), Inventory Management (>9), Integrations and design capability (>8), SQL/Reports/API calls (>7), Redwood (>6), Purchasing (>7), PDH (>7), Sourcing (>5),SSP (>7), Demand and Supply planning (>5),Costing (>8)

1. Very Robust Experience in end-to-end SCM ERP implementations, including requirement gathering, process blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and Go-Live support.

1. Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable ERP solutions

Knowledge of integration points between supply chain modules and other ERP modules such as Finance, HR,3rd Party products.

1. Experience in reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for supply chain performance and analytics
2. Strong skills in data analysis, SQL, BI reporting tools (OTBI, OBIEE, BOBJ), and Excel-based analytics. Have understanding of the API's and how to call the same. Should have redwood implementation experience. Should have implemented 2-3 Complex Integrations involving OIC, 3rd part Service Provider and Oracle Fusion.

1. Ability to conduct workshops, end-user training, and prepare functional documentation. Train the team and guide them .

1. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills

1. Experience in post-implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement

1. Awareness of project management methodologies, ERP governance, and compliance requirements
