Job Title- .Sr Agentic AI Engineer

Location- Hyderabad

Experience: 7 to 10 years

Qualifications & Required Skills

We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Engineer with strong experience in building and deploying production-grade AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and Multi-Agent Systems.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, and LLMs
- Experience with frameworks such as:
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- CrewAI
- AutoGen
- Semantic Kernel
- MCP / ADK (preferred)

- Strong understanding of:

- Prompt Engineering
- Vector Databases
- Embeddings
- Hybrid Search
- LLM Evaluation & Optimization

- Experience deploying AI systems on Azure / AWS / GCP
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or .NET
- Experience with APIs, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build Agentic AI and RAG-based solutions.
- Develop and optimize multi-agent workflows.
- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or Llama.




- Improve retrieval quality, accuracy, latency, and overall AI system performance.
- Deploy and support scalable AI applications in production environments.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.

Nice to Have

- Fine-tuning / LoRA / QLoRA experience
- AI Governance, Guardrails, HITL workflows
- Experience with LangSmith, PromptFlow, or AI observability tools

What We're Looking For

- Candidates who have built real production AI systems, not just AI-assisted applications.
- Solid understanding of RAG, Agents, LLM internals, and system optimization.
- Experience handling production challenges such as hallucinations, latency, scaling, retrieval quality, and cost optimization.
