Qualification: LLB - (min. 5 years course)

Experience: 4-7 Years

Notice Period: immediate to 30 days

Shift Timings:9:30 PM to 6:30 AM(US shift time)

Not a rotational shift.

Not a remote profile (have to relocate)

Hybrid model (3 days per week mandatory)

Job Level: 4B

Designation: Process Lead - LPM

Role Overview:

- Desired experience in end to end Contract Management and conducting related quality checks/analysis
- Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
- Experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial terms and interpreting contractual language.




- Work with Legal to discuss and approve fall-back provisions and/or exceptions to standard terms
- Standard Template Based - Drafting, negotiation, and execution of contracts between client and its 3rd party vendors meeting the Performance Standards
- Standard Template Based - Draft agreements of various types (e.g., Statements of Work, Master Skilled Services Agreements, SOW Amendments, Donation Letters, Event Sponsorships, Art Services Agreements
- Revise agreements within predetermined limits, using standard fall-back provisions
- Experience in handling teams and preparing project related reports
- Exposure to client-facing responsibilities, issue escalation and process compliance
- Excellent legal analytical and review skills
- Excellent legal writing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adept in using MS Office, desired tools/legal databases
