Role Scope
- Operate within the VDI service tower with no cross-domain ownership
- Support enterprise user base in a regulated setting
- Align delivery with governance, security, and compliance standards
- Work within SLA/KPI-driven managed services model
- Collaborate with internal L2/L3/engineering teams for escalations
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Cameyo Virtual App Delivery platform
- Ensure availability of published apps via web-based streaming
- Troubleshoot session, latency, and app performance issues
- Support user access issues aligned with Zero Trust model
- Handle incidents, service requests and escalations
- Monitor capacity, usage and performance
- Perform root cause analysis and preventive actions
