About the role

We are a rapid-growing home interior brand transforming how homeowners design their living spaces. We are looking for energetic and driven Inside Sales Associates who will be the first point of contact for our customers.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you will engage with warm leads through calls, messages, and in-person interactions. We are hiring consultative sales professionals and deal-closers who can engage discerning homeowners, build trust, and convert high-value interior projects.

This role is ideal for candidates who have succeeded in premium B2C sales environments and are looking to transition into a high-growth, design-led industry.

What You Will Be Doing

- Convert qualified inbound leads into confirmed interior projects
- Conduct detailed client consultations at office/on Call/on site
- Collaborate with designers to present layouts, 3D concepts, and estimates
- Drive commercial discussions, negotiations, and deal closure
- Visit client sites across Pune for measurements and relationship-building
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from first meeting to advance collection

What you'll need

- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–5 years in:
- Interior Design / Turnkey Solution (End-To-End Delivery) / Modular Kitchen / Home Décor Sales
- OR
- High-ticket B2C sales (Luxury Automotive, Real Estate, Premium Retail, Consumer Durables)
- Excellent verbal communication in Marathi and Hindi(English = Big Pus)
- Proven track record in closing high-value deals
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills




- Ability to build trust with premium clientele
- High ownership mindset and result-driven attitude
- Professional communication and presentation skills

Additional Requirements

- Own vehicle for local mobility
- Comfortable with field visits across Pune
