Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and contemporary AI engineering practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building intelligent assistants, AI copilots, RAG solutions, and enterprise-grade GenAI applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Llama, or Gemini.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and enterprise data sources.
- Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Create REST APIs and integrate AI services with enterprise applications.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLM performance, latency, and cost.
- Implement prompt engineering,



AI safety, guardrails, and monitoring practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and deliver scalable solutions.
- Deploy AI applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.

Required Skills

- Strong programming experience in Python
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen
- Knowledge of Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, Azure AI Search)
- API development using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI
- Understanding of AI evaluation, observability, and model governance
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud-native development
