Role Description The Recruitment TA Specialist will work full time on-site in Chennai, supporting end-to-end talent acquisition for various roles across industries and languages. This role involves sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. The specialist will manage job postings, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure accurate documentation in recruitment systems. Daily responsibilities include communicating with candidates and clients, providing timely updates, and delivering a positive recruitment experience. The role also includes contributing to recruitment strategies, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and meeting agreed hiring targets and timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written interaction with candidates and clients.
- Background in Education or related fields, with an understanding of training or development processes.




- Experience in Assistant Teaching or mentoring, demonstrating the ability to guide and support individuals.
- Comfort with basic Mathematics for handling recruitment metrics, reports, and data tracking.
- Ability and willingness to work with diverse groups of people, similar to Working With Children in terms of patience, empathy, and responsibility.
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and common job portals is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Interest in working with multilingual candidates and global clients is a plus.
