Job Title: Social Media Strategist

About Us:

ICFM – Institute of Career in Financial Market (a unit of Career Pro Ventures Ltd., established in 2010) is a leading stock market training institute offering practical education in trading, investing, and financial markets. We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to build our online presence and drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Create strategies for organic growth, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators to develop high-performing content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and optimize social media campaigns, including paid promotions and remarketing strategies.




- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Build and maintain the brand voice across all social media channels.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1– 4 years of experience in Social Media Strategy and Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content marketing, and audience growth strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn marketing, and social media analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Good knowledge of the Stock Market, Trading, and Financial Markets is mandatory.
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Financial Services, or Stock Market industry will be preferred.

Working Day & Timings: Mon - Sat , 10AM - 7PM
