Role & Responsibilities

- Lead India-wide HR Operations, ensuring seamless execution of payroll, compliance, HRIS, employee lifecycle, and policy governance.
- Design and optimize scalable HR processes—onboarding, offboarding, performance workflows, and benefits administration—across multiple business units.
- Drive HR tech stack strategy: implement, integrate, and governance of HRIS, ATS, and workforce analytics tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure adherence to local labor laws ( Shops & Establishments Act, EPF, ESI, PF, gratuity, etc. ) and proactive audit readiness.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards for HR operations maturity—including SLAs, accuracy,



and cost-per-hire—presenting insights to C-suite for strategic decisions.
- Mentor and scale HR Operations team; foster culture of continuous improvement, automation, and service excellence.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- HR Operations Management
- Indian Labour Law Compliance
- Payroll Processing & Statutory Filings
- HR Process Automation
- KPI Dashboarding & Workforce Analytics

Preferred

- Experience in scaling HR operations in mid-large enterprises
- Knowledge of ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lumesse)
- Certification in HR Analytics or HR Technology (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI)
