The Role

We're looking for a Finance - Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive to manage invoicing, collections, and receivables while ensuring timely payments and healthy cash flow.

What You'll Do

- Generate and send customer invoices.
- Track outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate AR records in Zoho Books and Excel.
- Coordinate with clients on payment-related queries.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections.
- Experience with invoicing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation is preferred
- Solid attention to detail and good communication skills.

Shift: Aligned with US business hours
