Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: India (Remote)

SWBA is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee daily accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will manage bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, and statutory compliance while ensuring accurate financial records and supporting the company's financial goals.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage payroll inputs and ensure timely statutory and tax compliance.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and operating expenses.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare financial reports and MIS for management.




- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls.

Preferred:

- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, taxation, and accounting principles.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce or MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting.

- Monday to Friday
