Role Description The Production Engineer will work on-site at the Khurda facility in a full-time capacity, overseeing daily production activities for steel components. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production runs, monitoring machinery and workflows, and ensuring that output meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The role involves coordinating with design, procurement, and quality teams to resolve production issues, optimize processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The Production Engineer will analyze production data, identify bottlenecks,



and implement corrective actions to reduce waste and improve throughput. The position also requires maintaining explicit communication with shop-floor staff, supervising adherence to standard operating procedures, and supporting the implementation of best practices in manufacturing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering and Production Planning skills to manage manufacturing processes and optimize resource utilization.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret production data, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Quality Control to ensure products meet technical specifications and industry standards.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide clear guidance to shop-floor personnel.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in metal fabrication, steel structures, or similar manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, lean manufacturing principles, and basic maintenance of production equipment is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Khurda, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
