Role Description The Outreach Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. This position is responsible for planning and executing outreach initiatives to schools, colleges, communities, and partner organizations to promote EV's counseling services. Day-to-day activities include building and maintaining relationships with educators and stakeholders, organizing information sessions and events, and representing EV at relevant forums and gatherings.



The Outreach Manager will collaborate with counselors and leadership to design outreach campaigns, manage timelines, coordinate resources, and track the impact of engagement activities. The role also involves identifying new outreach opportunities, supporting sales and enrollment efforts, and ensuring consistent, transparent communication of EV's mission and services.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Public Relations skills to engage effectively with students, families, and institutional partners.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor outreach initiatives and events.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support student enrollment, build a robust pipeline of leads, and convert outreach into active engagements.
- Candidates should possess Community Outreach experience to design and implement programs that increase awareness and trust within target communities.
- Relevant experience in education counseling, student services, or related fields is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, travel locally for outreach activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with using digital tools (CRM, email, social media) to support outreach efforts.
