Job Description:

Qualification: Graduate first Class and Material management diploma first class can be preferable.
Relevant experience: min 12 to 20 Years Experience stores functioning from Chemical, Paint, Resins, Additives Industries.
Work location: Nerul in Mumbai

Job description:
➢ Ensure availability of required raw materials by continuous follow up with Purchase as per production plan so that there will be no hampering in Manufacturing.
➢ Ensure storage of materials as per the required storage condition, with proper segregation & labeling, in protected condition to achieve cGMP requirements.
➢ Monitor the material operations like receipt, dispensing, dispatch as per cGMP procedure to avoid any cross contamination & to achieve manufacturing targets




➢ Ensure all documentation & area is maintained as per cGMP to avoid any deviation.
➢ Control inventory cost by controlling non-moving, slow-moving items, clearance before expiry.
➢ Follow safety & statutory compliance by timely updating team members about revised guidelines to avoid any deviation within department.

Threshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role:
• Good Communication skill, knowledge of stores
• Experience in ERP (SAP)
• Experience from Paint / Coating industry preferably
• Experience in ISO 9001:2015 standards

Co-ordination with: Production , Dispatch, Security , Logistics
