Job Description:

Office Management: Provide administrative support to school management by handling scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing school documents and records.

Communication: Serve as the point of contact for staff, students, parents, and visitors regarding general school inquiries.

Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, staff schedules, and other key administrative documents.

Reports & Correspondence: Prepare reports, memos, and other correspondence as required by school leadership.

Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure proper follow-up of action items.

Inventory Management: Manage school supplies, equipment, and ensure stock levels are maintained.

Support for Events & Activities: Assist in the planning and coordination of school events, parent-teacher meetings, and other activities.

Security Duties:

Monitoring and Surveillance: Patrol the school premises regularly to ensure the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors.



Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity or security breaches.

Access Control: Manage and control access points, ensuring that only authorized personnel enter the school building or grounds.

Emergency Response: Respond quickly to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security threats. Assist in the evacuation of the building if needed.

Conflict Resolution: Address and defuse any conflicts or disturbances that arise between students, staff, or visitors in a calm and professional manner.
