Job Description:

Construction project managers are responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key duties include defining project scope, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and serving as the primary liaison between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities and Roles:
- Planning & Scheduling: Creating detailed, actionable project plans, timelines, and budgets from initiation to closeout.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Managing all project financials, including cost estimates, tracking expenditures, and controlling expenses to meet budget constraints.
- Team Leadership & Coordination: Hiring, supervising, and coordinating, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
- Risk Management: Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential risks and problems.
- Safety & Compliance:



Ensuring adherence to building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
- Communication: Acting as the central hub for communication between owners, architects, engineers, and construction teams.
- Documentation & Reporting: Preparing progress reports on costs and timelines for senior management

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Generally 6 years of experience in construction project management.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, proficiency in scheduling software, and understanding of engineering/architecture principles.
- Soft Skills: Robust leadership, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
