Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Executive at company located in Gurgaon. The Placement Executive will be responsible for job placements, job fairs, communication and utilizing interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain strong partnership with Industries
- Increase participating in Job Fairs and conduct Placement Drives for Industry and Colleges.
- Registering candidates and employers on our Job Portal
- Preparing and Maintaining the Placement Reports

Candidates Profile:
- Possess a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable Industry & Colleges connect
- Willing to travel as needed.
- Understanding of the job market and industry landscape.
- Proven track record in placement coordination or related roles.
