Job Title:

Collection Executive – Commercial Vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers/vendors for payment or document collection as per schedule

Drive and maintain the assigned commercial vehicle in proper condition

Verify and update collection details with accuracy and timeliness

-
Ensure proper documentation and receipt issuance during collections

Coordinate with the accounts/finance team for daily collection reports

Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in the field

Handle petty cash or collected payments responsibly and securely

Report any field issues or customer concerns to management promptly

Follow route planning for efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Ensure compliance with company policies and road safety rules

Qualifications:

Minimum 10th/12th pass or equivalent

-
1–3 years of experience in field collections preferred

-
Valid commercial driving license (LMV or HMV as required)

-
Basic knowledge of handling cash and invoices

-
Positive communication and interpersonal skills

-
Physically fit and willing to travel extensively
