What Will You Do?
Project Leadership & Execution
- Planning and execution of product development projects within the automotive domain.
- Ensure all projects are aligned with overall business goals, customer expectations, and organizational strategy.
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and risk assessments.
- Track project progress, maintain schedules, and ensure timely delivery of project phases.
- Review and approve documentation throughout project initiation, development, integration, testing, and implementation.

Financial & Resource Management
- Analyze project‑related financial data to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
- Implement, manage,



and monitor project budgets in line with cost targets.
- Calculate financial and operational risks, propose mitigation strategies, and maintain risk registers.
- Produce financial summaries, dashboards, and executive‑level project reports for senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Distribute, allocate, and optimize resources to meet project requirements.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Indian OEMs.
- Manage customer expectations, provide regular updates, and drive resolution of escalations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
- Ensure robust alignment between customer needs and internal project execution.

Process Improvement & Governance
- Review and update existing project management processes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
