State Cluster Lead - Construction Management /Design & Build

What your day-to-day will look like:
- Strategy and Business Leadership: Execute PDS leadership's strategic initiatives, driving growth and innovation aligned with JLL's objectives in the construction management space. Expanding the existing CM business space into new geographies and sectors
- P&L; Management: Manage the complete business cycle from proposal to project completion, ensuring efficient operations, timely billing and maintain target AR, and optimal resource allocation for maximum target CI. Prepare yearly business growth plan with agreed KPIs with state/ regional lead
- Team Structure and Capability Management: Build and maintain a balanced team that meets business and operational requirements, with proactive hiring and continuous team optimization and ment
