Job Title: AI/ML Model Training Engineer (Foundational Models)

Job Description:
- Design, develop, and train foundational AI/ML models using large-scale datasets.
- Fine-tune pre-trained foundation models and LLMs for domain-specific applications and improved performance.
- Build and optimize data pipelines, model training workflows, and evaluation frameworks.
- Implement distributed training, hyperparameter tuning, and model performance optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Monitor, validate, and improve model accuracy, efficiency, and reliability in production environments.




- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and deep learning technologies.

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in training foundational models and fine-tuning LLMs.
- Solid knowledge of Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with distributed training, GPU/accelerator-based computing, and model optimization.
- Understanding of NLP, Generative AI, Transformer architectures, and model evaluation techniques.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML model development and training.
