Role Overview

The purpose of this role is to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and automation for the Liquid Data application offered by Circana, while also supporting production stability and delivery commitments. This role blends proactive process optimization with hands-on production support, ensuring system reliability, reduced incident trends, and improved service efficiency for clients in the South Africa region.

Job Responsibilities
- Analyze operational workflows, incident data, & system performance to identify trends, inefficiencies, & improvement opportunities.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incident
