Experience: 10–15+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute long-term financial strategy aligned with company goals

Provide strategic financial insights to the Board and Management

Support business expansion, capex planning, and cost optimization

Financial Management & Control

-
Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

-
Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

-
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization

Compliance & Governance

-
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, Audit, etc.)

Liaison with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies

-
Strengthen internal controls and financial governance

Risk Management





-
Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies

-
Manage credit risk, liquidity risk, and market risk

Ensure financial stability and sustainability

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor finance, accounts, and taxation teams

Set KPIs and ensure high performance across the finance function

Stakeholder Management

Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and consultants

Support fund raising, loan negotiations, and financial due diligence

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in Finance, Accounting, Taxation & Compliance

Strategic thinking & analytical skills

Solid knowledge of ERP systems & financial tools

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) – Mandatory
