• *Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full hiring cycle - Requirement gathering, sourcing, pre-screening, scheduling and coordinating for interviews.
- Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.
• - Qualification: 10+Diploma or Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Proven Minimum 6 months plus experience Permanent IT or NON IT staffing preferred as an HR Recruiter, HR consultant.
- Familiar with sourcing techniques.
- Good oral and written communication skills
