Key Accountabilities
- Monitor customer network and security environments to ensure availability, performance, and security.
- Perform continuous monitoring of firewall and Azure networking alerts/events and respond according to operational procedures.
- Handle customer incidents, requests, and service tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Take care first-level troubleshooting for firewall, connectivity, routing, and security-related incidents.
- Acknowledge standard operational tasks, service requests, and pre-approved changes following the established process.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2/L3 teams with complete diagnostic details.
- Maintain documentation of incidents, requests, changes, and customer communications.
