Job Description

BGSW is looking for an experienced Program Manager – Digital & AI to lead strategic AI and digital transformation programs across business, and corporate functions. In this role, you will drive end-to-end program execution, collaborate with global stakeholders, and enable the successful delivery of enterprise AI initiatives that create measurable business impact.
You will play a key role in translating AI strategy into execution by bringing together business leaders, engineering teams, and technology partners to deliver cutting-edge, scalable, and responsible AI solutions.




Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic AI, and Digital Transformation programs across multiple business units.
- Define program roadmaps, execution plans, milestones, governance, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI use cases.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising AI engineers, data scientists, software developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Drive program governance, risk management, dependency tracking, budgeting, and executive reporting.
- Ensure timely delivery of AI initiatives while maintaining quality, scalability, security, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with AI platform, cloud, cybersecurity, and data teams to enable successful solution deployment.
