What will you do:

In this role you will:
• Fulfill the role of the Program Manager Agile / Hybrid and all that it entails.
• Understand project requirements, collaborate with project owners,



leaders & cross functional teams across the globe for delivery of projects, by adhering to standard processes, systems and project management principles.
• Ensure the completion of project milestones/deliverables within committed Quality (Q), Delivery (D), Project cost (C) & Product cost (C), track performance and progress of project against committed QDC targets
• Report out project updates, risks and mitigations, productivity updates, QDC metrics, deployment efficiency, timesheet data, during the monthly Operations review meeting with ETC leadership team • Project management of Strategic organization initiatives aligned with futuristics skills such as AI driven Project management and Predictive modeling, Data science analysis, sustainability initiatives
• Implement the required Agile methodology effectively – Scrum / Kanban / Nexus / SAFe / Other
• Ensure the development team follows established product development procedures and practices to
