Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned Senior BI Analyst to join our growing Data Analytics team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end business intelligence solutions for diverse client projects. You will work closely with data engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable insights.



The ideal candidate is technically solid, comfortable working in US/UK shift hours, passionate about mentoring peers, and capable of managing responsibilities across multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities
BI Development & Reporting
- Design, develop, and publish interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI (mandatory) and other BI/reporting tools.
- Build and optimize data models (star/snowflake schema) to support complex analytical use cases.
- Write advanced DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs aligned to business requirements.
- Integrate reports with multiple data sources including relational databases, data warehouses, APIs, and flat files.
- Ensure report performance through query optimization, incremental refresh, and aggregation strategies.
