Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end hospital infrastructure projects, from planning to handover.

Ensure project execution within defined timelines, cost, quality, and compliance parameters.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Prepare and monitor project budgets, timelines (Gantt charts, PERT/CPM), and progress reports.

Ensure regulatory and safety compliance specific to hospital construction (e.g., NABH, Fire, Structural Safety norms).

Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and risk assessments regularly.

Oversee tendering, procurement, and vendor negotiation processes.

Ensure integration of medical equipment and utility planning (gas lines, HVAC, electricals, water treatment).

Resolve site execution issues and manage workforce performance in office.

Report directly to top management on project status, risks, and resource needs.
