- Dishwashing & Sanitation: Wash and dry dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment, while ensuring work surfaces are sanitized and compliant with health codes.
- Inventory Management: Unload food deliveries, store supplies according to safety standards, and organize refrigerators and pantries.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Sweep and mop floors, empty trash cans, and ensure garbage areas remain hygienic.
- Service Support: Pack takeout orders, transparent tables when needed, and stock condiment stations.
