About the role:We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive with a strong foundation in core accounting and statutory compliance. Candidates with prior experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm will be preferred, given the depth of exposure to various accounting and tax processes.Key ResponsibilitiesInvoicing & Reconciliations

- Daily preparation and issue of sales invoices
- Performing bank reconciliations and ensuring alignment with books
- Tracking and reconciling TDS receivable from clients

Taxation & Compliance

- TDS working, calculation, and return filing
- GST working, monthly reconciliation, and return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- Computation and payment of Advance Tax
- Handling Professional Tax (PT), PTEC, and PTRC filings and payments

Payroll Processing

- Preparing monthly salary working in coordination with HR




- Processing payroll and ensuring timely disbursements
- Computing salary TDS and ensuring accurate deductions and filings

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar accounting role.
- Prior experience in a CA firm is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting/tax software.
- Solid understanding of Indian tax laws (TDS, GST, PT, Advance Tax, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and adherence to deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
