Customer care executive

Preferred Experience:

Minimum 0.6 year in tele calling (Freshers can apply)

Qualification:

Graduate

Time: 8.30 Am to 5.30 Pm

Salary: 10k -15k

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

-To provide service information clerly

-Positive attitude and willingness to learn

-Basic computer knowledge

-Maintaining client relationship

-Maintain call records and update data regularly

Required Skills:

-Good communication skills





-Basic knowledge of calling/ customer handling

-Ability to explain courses clearly

-Ability to handle calls, chats, and queries professionally

-Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 to ₹15,000.00 /month
