Key Responsibilities

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal components according to project requirements.
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc (Stick/SMAW) welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Fabricate structural steel, frames, brackets, tanks, pipes, and custom metal products.
- Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, drills, cutting torches, plasma cutters, press brakes, and power tools.
- Inspect welds for quality, strength, and dimensional accuracy.
- Repair and modify damaged metal structures and equipment.
- Maintain welding machines, fabrication tools, and work areas in good condition.
- Follow workplace health and safety regulations, including proper use of PPE.
- Work effectively with engineers, supervisors, and team members to meet production deadlines.
- Ensure materials are used efficiently to minimize waste.
- Perform quality checks before final assembly and delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience as a Welder/Fabricator.
- Welding certification (if applicable).

- Ability to lift and handle heavy materials and equipment.
- Comfortable working in different environments, including construction sites.
