We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Accounts Trainer to provide practical and industry-oriented training in accounting, taxation, GST, Tally, and financial management. The trainer will be responsible for preparing students and job seekers for careers in accounting and finance through hands-on training and real-world case studies.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training in accounting and finance.
- Train students on Tally Prime, GST, Income Tax basics, payroll processing, and financial accounting.
- Conduct sessions on bookkeeping, journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets.
- Provide hands-on training using accounting software and real business scenarios.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, assessments, and case studies.
- Evaluate student performance and provide guidance for improvement.
- Conduct mock interviews and job-readiness sessions.




- Keep training content updated with current accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Support placement activities and career guidance for trainees.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, taxation, or accounting training.
- Solid knowledge of Tally Prime, GST filing, and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in teaching accounting software.
- Knowledge of payroll management and statutory compliance.
- Practical exposure to GST returns and taxation procedures.
- Ability to simplify complex accounting concepts for students.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
