Job Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and deliver large-scale, cross-functional engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in software, SaaS, or systems development, along with proven expertise in program management, stakeholder management, and driving complex technical programs from conception to delivery.
The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and drive large, complex cross-functional technical programs from planning through successful delivery.

Define program roadmaps, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans.

Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Business, and Vendor teams to prioritize initiatives based on business impact.

Drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders while managing competing priorities and ambiguity.

Identify program risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve technical and operational challenges.

Track program health using data, metrics, and KPIs, providing regular status updates to leadership.

Coordinate large-scale product launches, platform enhancements, and strategic engineering initiatives.

Facilitate technical discussions, design reviews, and decision-making across teams.

Improve engineering processes, operational efficiency, and program execution through scalable best practices.

Communicate program plans, insights, risks, and outcomes effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Foster cross-team collaboration and promote continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle.
Required Skills

8–12 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar technical leadership role.

Strong technical understanding of Software Development, SaaS, or System Development.

Experience leading large-scale engineering programs involving multiple cross-functional teams.

Strong program and project management skills with expertise in planning, execution, and delivery.

Proven experience in stakeholder management and influencing technical and business leaders.

Robust understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and engineering best practices.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Experience in risk identification, dependency management, and strategic planning.

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to manage ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
