: Mini 3-5yrs of experience in banking (trade dept), accounting upto book closures, operations and admin.

· Smart looking talkative presentable candidate who coordinate efficiently with overseas banks, clients.

· No preference on gender, will be base in kochi. Office timing can be as per kochi office timing, however need to coordinate on singapore and dubai time zones on phone.

· Direct reporting to Chairman. Admin reporting to HR

KRA

- Book keeping, accounting upto book closures, can prepare financial statements, budgets

- Fluent in English & hindi, robust in the communication skills, showcase proficiency in active listening, verbal and written communication, feedback delivery and reception, public speaking and presentations, and non-verbal cues like confidence and eye contact.

- Research Ninja …Financial/capital markets, Banking sector ,domain.

- Coordinating with overseas banks & clients.

- Pitching banks for trade facilities, bank limits,



pitching State/Central Government for trade schemes, commercial tenders.

- Trade knowledge on agri commodities, import – export, letter of credit, contracts, shipping, logistics, government trade policies.

- Well versed with MIS, profit cost analysis, PPT presentations.

- Assist in Biz development and admin support.

- Maintaining/updating company profiles, websites

- Coordinating with overseas finance / compliance / legal / audit teams.

- Preparing action plans every day morning , and daily dashboard in the evening on work updates, sharing the same with manager

- Coordination on mgt travel , hotel, visa, bookings, making meeting venue arrangements whenever required, domestic/international

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
