- Develop a solid understanding of products and leverage that for our customers.
- Responsible for driving the vision and requirements of our product roadmap.
- Work with Project Managers and the Delivery team to ensure the product is executed properly.
- You will work cross functionally with many Greendarts departments including our Delivery and Customer Success Team.
- Build relationships and work closely with team members to provide and prioritize external requirements.
Required Skillset
- 5+ years of software product management experience for a software product company.
- Experience wo?rking cross-functionally with Engineers, Project Managers, and Customers Success Managers.
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience working with Government Consulting firms.
- Knowledge of SaaS model.
