Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, including end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and general HR operations.

This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or MBA students seeking practical corporate exposure and career growth in HR management.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing candidates through job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri), social media, and employee referrals.
- Screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
- Assisting with the onboarding process, documentation, and orientation of new joinees.
- Maintaining employee records, attendance logs, and HR database accuracy.
- Supporting day-to-day HR administrative operations and policy coordination.
- Coordinating employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Assisting in basic exit formalities and record maintenance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of relevant HR internship experience.
