Business Development Executive (BDE) – Commission/Incentive Based

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executives to help us acquire new clients and grow our business.

Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Present our services and schedule meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and close deals.
- Maintain records of leads and sales activities.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Basic knowledge of sales is preferred.

Compensation

- This is a commission/incentive-based opportunity.
- No fixed salary or monthly stipend is provided.
- Incentives are paid for every successful client conversion as per the company’s incentive policy.




- There is no earning limit—the more clients you bring, the more you earn.

Terms & Conditions

- Incentives are payable only after the client completes payment to the company.
- The company reserves the right to verify all leads before incentive approval.
- Misrepresentation, fake leads, or unethical business practices will result in cancellation of incentives.
- Candidates are expected to maintain professionalism while representing the company.
- This role is performance-based and does not guarantee a fixed monthly income.

Pay: ₹11,537.89 - ₹40,919.43 per month
