Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and confident Customer Engagement Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to clients/customers, providing information, addressing queries, and ensuring a positive communication experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to achieve set targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts.
- Make outbound calls to clients/customers as per the provided list.
- Maintain and update call records in the database/CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Requirements





- Minimum 1 years of experience as a caller, telecaller, or in a similar role (freshers may also apply if applicable).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Bengali].
- Good listening skills and ability to handle objections professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude and customer-first approach.

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in sales/customer service/telemarketing.
- Multilingual ability will be an added advantage.
