Profile: Safety Executive-Textile-Surat-4.2 LPA

Experience: 2 to 5 years in factory/plant safety (preferably textile or manufacturing)

Salary Range: 25k to 35k

Roles:

- Ensure all workers follow safety rules while working on machines, chemicals, and equipment
- Regularly inspect the factory to identify hazards like fire risks, chemical exposure, or machine faults
- Conduct safety training and awareness sessions for workers
- Maintain safety records, incident reports, and compliance documents
- Ensure proper use of PPE (helmets, gloves, masks, etc.) by employees
- Coordinate with departments to reduce accidents and improve safety practices
- Handle emergency situations like fire, injuries, or chemical spills
- Ensure compliance with government safety norms and factory regulations

Qualification:

- Diploma / Degree in Industrial Safety / Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) preferred
- Certification in Safety Management (preferred)
