Job Description

Urgent Opening for Product Executive with minimum One year Experience

WorkingTiming:10:00am-6:30pm
Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Languages: English .Hindi and Kannada

Roles and responsibilities:

1. *Procurement Management:* Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, supplies, and equipment based on the company's needs.

2. *Vendor Management:* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Evaluate and select vendors based on price, quality, and delivery times.

3. *Inventory Control:* Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary items while minimizing excess stock.

4. *Cost Analysis:* Analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities.





5. *Compliance:* Ensure compliance with the company’s procurement policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.

6. *Documentation:* Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.

7. *Collaboration:* Work closely with other departments, such as finance and production, to align procurement activities with organizational goals.

8. *Quality Assurance:* Ensure that purchased items meet the company's quality standards and specifications
