Job Position : Civil Site Engineer

Role Summary
The Senior Civil Engineer will lead day-to-day site execution for high-rise RCC and finishing works, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and IS codes. You will be responsible for planning and monitoring daily/weekly targets, coordinating with contractors and labour, and driving quality, safety, and cost control on site. This role is critical to stabilizing site operations, reducing rework, and setting up robust execution processes for the project.
Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and monitor execution of RCC works (shuttering, reinforcement, concreting), masonry, plaster, and related civil activities as per approved drawings and method statements.
- Review structural and architectural drawings, extract quantities for day-to-day planning, and highlight discrepancies/RFIs to consultants in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with contractors, labour gangs, site supervisors, and MEP teams to achieve daily/weekly progress targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Implement and monitor site processes for DPRs, measurement sheets, pour cards, checklists, WIR/MIR, and snag lists in line with company and project requirements.
- Support basic planning and tracking of work fronts using bar charts/MS Project, and provide inputs for look-ahead schedules and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IS codes, standard construction practices, and client/consultant specifications for high-rise residential projects.
- Assist in cost control by minimizing rework, monitoring material consumption, and supporting billing measurements and certification documentation.

Must Have

Essential requirements

- 3-5 years of site execution experience in multi-storey/high-rise residential RCC structures (minimum G+10 on at least one project)
- Hands-on experience in managing RCC works, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting,



masonry, and plaster at site
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings (structural and architectural) and ability to extract quantities for day-to-day planning
- Working knowledge of relevant IS codes and standard construction practices for high-rise residential projects
- Experience in coordinating with contractors, labour gangs, and site supervisors to achieve daily/weekly targets
- Ability to prepare and maintain site documentation such as DPRs, measurement sheets, checklists, and pour cards
- Willingness to work full-time from site/office in Nagpur and handle extended hours as per project needs

Bonus qualifications

- Prior experience with an EPC contractor on large residential townships or multi-tower projects
- Exposure to MEP coordination and interface management with civil works
- Basic understanding of billing measurements and client/contractor bill certification support
- Experience in implementing quality checklists, WIR/MIR processes, and snag-rectification
- Knowledge of basic planning using bar charts or MS Project for tracking progress
