Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients using leads provided by the company, introducing our services, generating interest, and scheduling meetings for the Business Head. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided leads.
- Introduce the company's products/services in a professional and engaging manner.
- Qualify potential clients and identify their business requirements.
- Schedule and confirm appointments/meetings for the Business Head.
- Follow up with prospects to maximize meeting conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and meeting schedules.
- Update the CRM/Excel sheet with daily call reports and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the Business Head regarding scheduled meetings and client updates.




- Achieve daily and monthly call and appointment targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle objections professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

Qualification

- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, customer support, or inside sales is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
