About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and articulate CRM Representative to join our customer success team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support and guidance. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Tamil, Hindi, and English to effectively manage a diverse customer base and resolve inquiries with empathy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Multilingual Support: Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and live chat in Tamil, Hindi, and English.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Issue Resolution: Actively listen to customer concerns, troubleshoot technical issues, and follow up to ensure total satisfaction.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain precise records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback within our CRM platform.
- Process Improvement:



Identify common customer pain points and collaborate with internal teams to improve our service processes.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and upsell/cross-sell when appropriate.

Qualifications & Skills

- Language Proficiency: Native or bilingual fluency in Tamil, Hindi, and English (written and verbal).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a skilled, customer-first attitude.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support, sales, or a CRM-focused role is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Soft Skills: High level of patience, empathy, and active listening skills.
