Job Description:

SoftMaji is looking for a Server Administrator to manage and maintain our servers, ensuring high performance, security, and uptime. The candidate should have experience in Linux-based servers, VPS management, and troubleshooting server-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain Linux & Windows servers (VPS, Dedicated, and Cloud environments).

- Configure and optimize Apache, Nginx, MySQL, PHP, and other server services.

- Monitor server performance, security, and logs to prevent downtime.

- Handle SSL, DNS, firewalls, backups, and server migrations.

- Troubleshoot server issues, software errors, and network configurations.





- Implement security measures to protect servers from attacks.

- Work with the development team to deploy and optimize applications.

Requirements:

- Qualification: B.Tech, MCA, or relevant IT degree

- Strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS) & Windows Server

- Experience with cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk, SSH, FTP, and firewalls

- Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, and database management

- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Hostinger VPS, etc.)

- Valuable troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
